PRE-ORDER DELAYS

We had a major manufacturing delay for the Pre-Order customers who ordered in April. This delay was caused by the switch to injection molded shells for all of the SVS modules. Our manufacturer encountered many issues in the process of designing and building the molds so our shipment timelines were compromised.

We now have validation samples of the injection molded SVS shells in hand and they will be going into full scale production by the end of October. We should start receiving them in batches shortly after they go into production, so we will begin sending out invoices for the balance of the Pre-Orders at the beginning of November and will start shipping Batch 1 at that time. Batch 2 will follow once we get through Batch 1.

Apologies for the delay. We didn't expect to have so many issues with the new shells.

Once Pre-Orders are shipped all SVS modules will be back in stock in December.
